Fulfilling Your OrderUpdated 5 months ago


Order Fulfillment Process: 

Upon receiving an order, ensure it is fulfilled within 1 week from the date of purchase. 

Navigate to the 'Orders' section and click on 'My Orders.' 

Select the specific order you wish to fulfill and click 'View Order.' 

On the next screen, click 'Proceed to Fulfill the Order.' 

Choose 'Fulfill Now' and proceed to select your Fulfillment Method, enter tracking details, and choose the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). 

Once you've provided this information, the order will be marked as fulfilled in your account.



Important Note: 

To maintain exceptional customer service, Sarap Now requests all orders to be fulfilled within one week. 

Failure to fulfill orders promptly may lead to order cancellation, impacting customer satisfaction. 

Repeated order cancellations could result in the suspension of your account.
