Can I change my order?

Once an order has been placed, no additional changes can be made to the order. If there is an issue, please reach out to us at [email protected] for more assistance. We may be able to add items and combine shipping before your order is fulfilled.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled by Sarap Now or a Sarap Now Seller, then you may cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, however, the order cannot be cancelled.
